The Life Skills 4 Youth – LS4YOU project was presented at its final dissemination event in Litija on 19 June 2026, organised as part of the traditional local event Community Festival. The event brought together 28 representatives of local organisations and institutions working in areas including youth, local government, education, social services, health, business and the NGO sector.
Participants were introduced to the LS4YOU project, the concept of LifeDesign skills and the project’s key results, including the LS4YOU Method Guide, the LS4YOU online platform, the comparative analysis and the policy document. A strong focus was placed on hands-on exploration of the platform. Participants tested activities from the four thematic modules, including Matching, Me at my best, Wheel of emotions and case studies related to financial and material resources.
Feedback from participants was very positive. They highlighted the usefulness of the project, its attractive visual identity and the functionality of the platform. The platform presentation and testing, together with the promotional materials, were among the most appreciated parts of the event. A total of 12 evaluation forms were collected, showing a high level of satisfaction with the content, methods and organisation of the event. Most respondents also indicated that the project materials could be useful in their future work and that they would recommend the project to colleagues and other professionals.
Several participants expressed an interest in using the LS4YOU results in the future, particularly the platform and its activities, for youth workshops, supporting and advising young people, and sharing the resources with colleagues and partner organisations. Education Centre Geoss will continue disseminating the project results among youth-sector stakeholders in Slovenia and internationally.
